GL Staffing Services is looking for a motivated and energetic Staffing Recruiter to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for recruiting, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
- Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding, I-9s, and new hire paperwork.
- Fill customer job orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain communication with applicants and clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
