Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Golf Cart Paint & Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with body repairs, bondo application, surface preparation, sanding, painting, and finishing. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare golf carts and components for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing surfaces.
• Apply body filler (bondo) to repair dents, cracks, scratches, and other imperfections.
• Sand and shape repaired areas to ensure smooth and professional finishes.
• Apply primer, paint, and clear coat using proper painting techniques and equipment.
• Perform minor body repairs and cosmetic restoration on golf carts.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Operate painting and body repair tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive painting, bodywork, or vehicle refinishing required.
• Strong knowledge of bondo application, sanding, surface preparation, and painting techniques.
• Ability to produce high-quality finishes with attention to detail.
• Experience using paint guns, sanding equipment, and body repair tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Experience working on golf carts is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills

• Automotive paint and body repair experience.
• Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to identify and repair cosmetic damage efficiently.
