Manufacturing Operator

GL Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Operators to support manufacturing and packaging operations in a pharmaceutical production environment. The ideal candidate will operate manufacturing and packaging equipment, follow GMP procedures, accurately document batch records, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

Schedule: 6/7am- 2:30/3pm (available to work overtime and Saturdays when needed)

Pay rate $17-$20 p/h- depending on experience

Location: Miami Lakes

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment according to GMP procedures.
• Follow batch records and production instructions.
• Verify raw materials and components before use.
• Perform measurements and product quality checks.
• Assemble, disassemble, clean, and clear production equipment.
• Accurately complete production and batch documentation.
• Report process or quality issues to management.
• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience preferred; pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work an 8- or 12-hour shift while standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a controlled/gowned manufacturing environment.
