Machine Operator – 3rd Shift | $18 - $21/HR | Winter Haven
GL Staffing is hiring a Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Winter Haven, FL. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity on 3rd shift.
Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Hours: Approximately 40–45 hours/week
Pay: Starting at $18-$21 (DOE)
Location: Winter Haven, FL
Job Duties:
- Operate and monitor production/manufacturing equipment
- Keep machines supplied with materials and assist with production flow
- Perform basic quality inspections and identify defective products
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and minor adjustments as trained
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety, PPE, and production procedures
- Assist with other production/warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic English communication skills
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working around production machinery
- Dependable with strong attendance
- Comfortable performing repetitive work and standing throughout the shift
