GL Partners Management (GLPM), managing properties for GL Capital Partners, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at one of our thriving apartment communities in Portland, Oregon.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support the maintenance team to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and service.
- Manage unit turns, inspections, and preventive maintenance with precision and care.
- Oversee vendors, budgets, and inventory to maintain operational efficiency.
- Uphold safety standards in line with OSHA and company policies.
- Partner with the Community Manager to foster resident satisfaction and team collaboration.
What You Bring
- Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Service Manager in multi-family housing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills with a hands-on approach.
- Solid technical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and delivering high-quality service to residents.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
- Technical certifications in HVAC, electrical, or related disciplines are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
