This is a senior role focused on shaping a bank’s approach to digital assets, tokenisation, and distributed systems, working at the intersection of innovation and large-scale, regulated financial platforms.
You’ll define and lead architecture across blockchain initiatives, designing hybrid solutions that integrate DLT with core banking, payments, and microservices environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture for blockchain and digital asset use cases
- Design on-chain / off-chain models, including smart contracts, APIs, and controls
- Integrate DLT solutions with core banking and enterprise platforms
- Set standards across security, scalability, resilience, and interoperability
- Guide platform selection, governance, identity, and privacy models
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Enterprise / Lead Architect experience in financial services
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Exposure to blockchain / DLT / digital assets
- Experience across payments, settlement, or financial infrastructure
- Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic influence
