Profil (part of the GL events Group), is a leading international staffing agency that supports international events worldwide. We are recruiting hospitality and operational staff for an international soccer event taking place across the USA, Mexico & Canada for this June & July.

Role Overview
Brand Ambassadors serve as the primary point of contact for Visa VIP guests throughout their stay at
designated hospitality hotels. In this guest-facing role, you’ll support daily operations, assist with logistics, and
help ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and high-quality experience from arrival through departure.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Welcome Visa guests and provide friendly, professional support throughout their stay
- Assist with check-in/check-out, distribute welcome materials, and answer guest questions
- Support operations in hospitality lounges, suites, and hotel hospitality desks
- Help manage guest flow and maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready spaces
- Assist with amenities, gifting, and general hospitality services
- Coordinate snacks, beverages, and restocking with hotel and transportation partners
- Provide local recommendations, directions, and helpful information
Operations & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Support transportation coordination and guest hosting as needed
- Maintain clear communication with program leadership regarding guest updates, schedules, and any
- issues
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation or ability to commute to assigned hotel locations
Availability
- Must be fully available from June 2 – July 20, 2026
- Schedules will vary by location; detailed schedules will be shared in advance
