Aircraft Leasing Aircraft Technical Records Coordinator
My client is a leading aircraft lessor recruiting a Technical Records Coordinator to join its technical team in California.
Responsibilities
- Support the technical team with transitions, returns, and aircraft events across the Americas region.
- Manage aircraft records, monitor data platforms, and maintain databases.
- Track and issue purchase orders and coordinate supplier invoicing and payment queries.
- Interface with OEM portals for technical documentation and updates.
- Liaise with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- 4 years of aviation experience, ideally with exposure to aircraft records.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior work with technical platforms and OEM portals preferred.
