Role Responsibilities
- Design and validate engineering solutions via feasibility studies and implementation plans.
- Draft and assess engineering standards, specifications, and documentation.
- Develop test plans and procedures rooted in product specifications; execute verification.
- Analyze system data to reveal trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain requirements traceability and verification artifacts across the lifecycle.
- Collaborate across disciplines to troubleshoot and enhance system performance.
- Champion compliance with HSE policies and standards.
- Participate in ongoing training to expand technical capability.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s in Engineering (or equivalent); 3–5 years in systems or controls engineering; strong analytical/problem-solving ability; independent contributor who can mentor and provide guidance.
- Preferred: Master’s degree; experience with systems engineering frameworks and lifecycle management; proficiency with advanced analytics tools; exposure to global cross-functional teams.
