Preferred Qualifications
- CNC and machining process experience
- Lean manufacturing and change management know-how

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 5–6 years in manufacturing or process engineering
- Solid background in design, development, and specification
- Experience with project scheduling, costing, and budgeting
Position Overview
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:
- Design and refine manufacturing systems and equipment
- Support FTF measurement and PPAP documentation
- Improve product manufacturability with design teams
- Lead inspections and recommend engineering improvements
- Analyze data to enhance processes and reduce waste
- Manage small-scale projects and supplier coordination
- Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance
- Share knowledge and support continuous learning
