Position Purpose:
As a Calibration engineer/lead,
you would be developed
to oversee and manage calibration activities across our operations. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurement systems and equipment used in production and quality control. You will lead and guide the calibration team to develop and maintain calibration procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal requirements.
Skills that will set you up for success in this role:
- Knowledge of calibration methods, equipment, and documentation practices
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications related to measurement systems
- Analytical skills and ability to use statistical tools for measurement system analysis
- Effective communication with confidence in your leadership potential and ability to communicate with several different teams
- Familiarity with related quality standards
