Job Summary
Under general supervision, coordinate document control efforts following specific instructions and well-defined procedures
Job Responsibilities
- Using a min/max listing – determine amount of work orders to release
- Assemble work orders for production using SAP and Trucentrix.
- Deliver work orders to corresponding production areas.
- Perform sorting, recording, posting, filing, copying and distribution tasks.
- Operate blueprint and duplicating machines to reproduce desired numbers of copies and log relevant information.
- Other duties as needed or assigned
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required; proof of completion must be provided after offer acceptance.
- MUST BE U.S Citizen
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint experience
- Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of employees, management, vendors, and customers.
- Desirable:
- 2 years administrative experience
- GKN experience
- Two or more years of experience using MRP/ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong drive, work ethic, self-motivated and ability to deliver results.
- Team-player with very good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical requirements or other local role requirements
- Must be able to work in a production environment and travel throughout the facility and corporation to obtain information needed to perform job functions.
- Prolonged sitting and computer use
- Prolonged walking, stair use, and bending
- Maintain a clean work area at all times
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30lbs, using proper lifting techniques.
