Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and tracking sales to ensure smooth operations throughout your shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at the end of each shift.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment in nightclubs or banquet settings, intervening when necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques within the food industry.
• Experience serving in hospitality environments that require retail math skills for accurate cash handling and sales tracking.
• Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage crafting techniques is a plus for creating signature drinks.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
