Residential Customers
Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM
A 30-minute lunch is included.
Some after-hours events may occur (tradeshows, Chamber events), but are not part of standard hours.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Representative to support both residential and commercial hard surface clients. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, site visits, and creating customized solutions.
What You’ll Do
Residential Customers
- Schedule and conduct onsite surface evaluations
- Answer customer questions and recommend solutions
- Create job scopes and prepare estimates
- Follow up on outstanding quotes
- Schedule approved work and prepare work orders
- Submit invoices Once work is scheduled, the Operations Manager manages project execution.
- Conduct monthly walk-throughs of existing contracted facilities
- Communicate with facility contacts
- Identify needs, create work orders, and schedule services
- Minimum 2 years in a sales role
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Team-focused mindset
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- QuickBooks Online familiarity preferred (not required)
- Must pass a background check
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to learn and accept training
- In-person role only (no remote work)
- Estimated total compensation: $70,000–$120,000
- Base salary commission
- PTO: 10 paid vacation/sick days in year one, increases with tenure
