The Outbound Sales Representative / Inside Sales (Appointment Setter – Real Estate) at GK Realty Group is responsible for driving new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting. This role plays a critical function in supporting the company’s growth by consistently generating qualified buyer and seller appointments for our real estate agents from a provided pipeline of leads.
This is a high-activity, performance-driven sales role where you will be expected to make 250–350 outbound calls daily, engage prospective clients, and convert conversations into scheduled appointments.
You will follow proven scripts, systems, and processes while maintaining detailed CRM tracking, executing structured follow-up, and ensuring a high level of professionalism and consistency in every interaction.
You will work in a structured, in-office environment alongside a team focused on accountability, coaching, and measurable results. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive, goal-oriented mindset.
