Summary
We seek a skilled Quality Control Document Specialist to join our team near Donald, Oregon. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of quality documentation and compliance with ISO 9001 regulations. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission of delivering exceptional products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality management systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards through meticulous record-keeping.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to uphold product integrity.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to document processes accurately.
- Analyze data collected from quality inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Document the NCR process in the software system, ensure the root causes are investigated and documented, and implement and document corrective actions
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement and standardization of quality standards and initiatives within the organization.
- Maintain organized records of all quality-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Two years of technical documentation experience and 5 years of experience in manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, measuring and documenting quality concerns, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
- Experience with quality control processes and measuring tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity within an equipment manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments with strong verbal and written communication skills.
