Customer Service & Operations Support
Location: High Point, NC
Schedule: Full-time or part-time
Reports to: Owner / Operator with a dotted line to the CFO
Compensation: $30,000–$60,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Do
Customer & Order Support
- Enter sales orders and create invoices
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls
- Provide order status updates
- Process customer payments and maintain basic customer records
- Handle customer returns and damage claims, including documentation and follow-up
Purchasing, Shipping & Vendor Support
- Create and send purchase orders
- Track proforma invoices
- Prepare Bills of Lading and related shipping documentation
- Help coordinate incoming shipments and containers
- Organize vendor and freight documents and records
Inventory & Product Tasks
- Enter new inventory items into internal systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Create and update showroom tags
- Assist with website product updates
- Help keep customer-facing inventory platforms in sync
General Operations
- Keep files, records, and systems organized
- Follow established processes and ask questions when unclear
- Handle routine administrative tasks as needed
- Support daily operations wherever help is required
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
- Comfortable working with computers and data entry
- Clear communicator via email and phone
- Able to follow processes and maintain accuracy
- Prior experience with order processing, shipping documentation, or customer service is helpful
