Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess a valid Class "A" Commercial Driver's license issued by State of Domicile Current DOT Physical

- Must be Non-Excepted Interstate
- No drug convictions or positive urinalysis in the past 5 years
- No felonies in the past 5 years No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years.
- Handheld Mobile Device
- Failure to wear seatbelt or improper use of
- Speeding >= 15 mph above posted limit
- No reckless or careless driving convictions in the past five (5) years
- No DUI's in the past five (5) years
- No more than two (2) chargeable accidents in the past three (3) year. No license suspensions (to include SR22), except as noted below.
- Suspension due to Child Support: 1 in a 3-year period
PSP- No HOS violations
Verification of Employment- Work History - maximum of four (4) jobs in 1 year.
- Driving schools with MEGA carriers will not count against work history.
- Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak the English language
- Successful completion of Road Test (Pass/Fail)
- TWIC Preferred
No Egregious violations in the past three (3) years
Tractor
- Must be 2006 or newer
- Current annual inspection
- Current 2290
- ELD Equipment to be provided by Givens
