Compensation

• CPM(Cents Per Mile based on years of experience up to 10 years ($0.51 - $0.58))
• Stop Pay - $18 per stop
• Safety Bonus - $3,000 annually
• DOT Inspection Bonus – Based on clean inspection and level of inspection
• Layover Pay / Breakdown Pay / Detention Pay

Givens Transportation is a full-service Logistics Management company with a network of customers that reaches across the United States. While we’ve grown over the years, we have not changed our mindset of understanding that drivers are the most important part of our business. We are currently seeking qualified CDL A Team & Solo Drivers with at least 1 years of verifiable experience.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class “A” Commercial Driver’s license issued by State of Domicile
• Current DOT Physical
• Minimum of 23 years of age
• No drug convictions or positive urinalysis in the past 5 years
• No felonies in the past 5 years
• No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years
• No reckless or careless driving convictions in the past five (5) years
• No DUI’s in the past five (5) years
• No more than two (2) chargeable accidents in the past three (3) years
• No license suspensions for anything other than “failure to pay fine”, no insurance and child support
• Must be able to fluently read, write and speak the English language
• Successful completion of Road Test
• Requires standing, stretching, walking, stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an outdoor environment. In addition, must be able to bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand and climb as required to secure loads.
• Requires use of safety equipment that may include non-slip shoes, gloves, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Able to lift 50lbs.

Wage Range: 1100.00 - 1500.00 per week
