The Plant Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day plant production operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and hourly teams
- Create and execute production schedules aligned with demand forecasts
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Partner with supply chain and quality teams to resolve production issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Operations, Engineering, or related field)
- 5 years of manufacturing or production leadership experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on plant environment
Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
