Basic Functions
- Manually compound, filter and/or dispense finished products and/or intermediates.
- Movement of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging to and from the warehouse.
- Compounding – compounding of liquid flavors and /or intermediates
- Filtering – filtering of liquid compounded batches
- Filling – filling of liquid finished goods for shipment
- Running – the movement of materials between liquids and the warehouse.
- All areas – work is executed within the departments Quality expectations
- 6 Months’ time in service after completion of core new hire department-specific training
- No current written warnings for attendance
- No written warnings for Safety issues in the last six months
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills – fosters positive relationships with team members.
- Adhere to Standard site Promotion qualifications.
- Basic math, reading, and recordkeeping skills.
- Compliance with systems/programs similar to Givaudan’s Quality, EH&S, and Food Safety programs. Compliance with applicable Local, State, and Federal regulatory requirements as defined by Givaudan procedures/policies. Compliance with applicable 3rd party certification requirements as defined by Givaudan procedures/policies.
- Fork truck certification is required.
