Overview
We are seeking a Server/Cashier to join our team at a fast-paced service restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently taking orders and transactions.
Previous Experience is a must
Bi-Lingual English / Spanish is preferred !
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and cashier station.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as necessary.
