Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing construction materials and tools on-site

- Be able to carry, lift, load/unload construction materials as needed
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, operating basic tools, and performing routine tasks
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Help with site cleanup and waste removal to keep the construction area tidy
- Assist in setting up scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures as needed
- Carry out basic demolition under supervision to facilitate project progress
Experience

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors when necessary
