OPTX Rhode Island is an advanced, high-technology ophthalmology practice located in Johnston, Rhode Island. Under the medical direction of Giulio Diamante, MD, a nationally recognized and board-certified ophthalmologist, our practice is committed to providing exceptional eye care with the highest standards of medical excellence.
We are seeking motivated Ophthalmic Technicians to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for college students, recent graduates, and gap-year applicants who are interested in pursuing careers in healthcare, including medicine, physician assistant studies, nursing, optometry, physical therapy, healthcare administration, and other related fields.
Ophthalmic Technicians will gain valuable hands-on experience in a busy ophthalmology setting while developing both valuable clinical and administrative skills. Full-time, part-time, and hybrid opportunities may be available for discussion.
Qualifications
No prior clinical experience is required. We are looking for dependable, professional individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a healthcare environment.
