Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients by slicing, dicing, and portioning according to recipes and safety standards
- Assemble and cook pizzas, ensuring adherence to recipe specifications and presentation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and food prep tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with menu planning by preparing ingredients for upcoming dishes and specials
- Support the kitchen team by communicating effectively with cooks, servers, and management
- Follow all safety standards during food handling, preparation, and cleaning processes to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
