Duties
- Monitor premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance to detect suspicious activity or security breaches
- Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies by implementing conflict management techniques and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
- Conduct routine patrols of the facility’s interior and exterior areas to identify hazards or security vulnerabilities
- Provide first aid in emergency situations until professional help arrives
- Enforce loss prevention policies by observing for theft or vandalism and taking appropriate action
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping
Skills
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques including CCTV operation and monitoring systems
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic first aid to respond effectively during emergencies
- Experience or background in law enforcement, military service, or security operations is highly desirable
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and decisiveness
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security protocols
- Effective communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and emergency responders

12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Daily
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Security Guards: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
