What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ginger Ale's Restaurant Team Member position at GISMO Management, LLC?

We are looking specifically for someone with a flexible daytime schedule who can become a shift leader and help with opening and/or closing
Team member may include 3 different positions/roles including:
Cashier, Mixologist, Shift Leader

Cashier-(standard pay)-taking orders
Mixologist-(standard pay)-food handler
Shift Leader-(pay is standard plus)-above roles and leadership
General Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age
Basic mathematical skills
Able to work in a standing positions for hours at a time
Able to learn all recipes
Able to learn how all equipment works
Able to lead a team efficiently
Facilitate a positive environment and support a safe and productive workplace
Basic problem solving skills
Ability to properly and accurately assess situations quickly while adhering to
company policies
Must receive food handler training within 10 days of being hired
Punctual
Able to follow directions
Strong ability to multitask
Polite to customers
Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a standing positions for hours at a time
Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds
Cashier Responsibilities
Collect payments
Handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers
Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets
Redeems stamp cards or coupons
Able to learn how to run any scenario through the system
Make sales referrals, up-ell and introduce new items
Greet customers when entering establishment
Maintain clean and tidy checkout area
Answer customer's question and get a manager if answer does not solve the
issue
Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
Able to work independently and efficiently with other team members
Help organize the restaurant for proper food rotation and cleanliness
Handle the prepping, stocking and staging of all food, paper, and chemicals
Follow food rotation and shelf life procedures
Follow company safety and sanitation procedures
Follow all procedures as outlined in the team member handbook
Work together as a team to accomplish the goals of Ginger Ale’s
Mixologist Responsibilities
Prepare and serve all drinks to meet company standards
Properly handle and maintain all equipment
Respond to orders, questions, complaints, and concerns in a polite and efficient
manner
Quick and efficient at serving customers
Observe relevant health and safety standards
Thorough knowledge of menu items and how to prepare them
Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash
handling procedures
Able to work independently and with other team members efficiently
Shift leader responsibilities
Monitor and supervise the timely arrival of scheduled team members
Advise store manager of unforeseen scheduling conflicts
Ensure guest satisfaction
Evaluate staff performance
Complete opening and closing store checklist
Maintain the cleanliness of the location, inside and outside
Enforce tasks for team members to ensure a clean workplace, this includes
stocking supplies and maintaining clean restrooms and public spaces
Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company, from how to
handle a customer complaint to how to properly prepare product
Address customer concerns in reference to products, allergens, services
rendered and team member interactions
Able to work independently and efficiently with other team members
Build quality drinks and food following proper Ginger Ale’s procedures
Help organize the restaurant for proper food rotation and cleanliness

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
