IT Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead our information technology team and oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department
- Maintain and improve the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware
- Ensure the security of all IT systems and data, implementing appropriate cybersecurity measures
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
- Monitor and optimize IT budgets and resource allocation
- Stay current with emerging technology trends and recommend innovative solutions
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred
- Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and team leadership abilities
- Project management experience and familiarity with ITIL or other frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, or Microsoft Certified are a plus
- Knowledge and/or experience with GoHighLevel or Zoho CRM are a plus
