What You Will Do:
As a Sales & Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for racers, enthusiasts, and shops worldwide. You will:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Recommend products tailored to each vehicle’s setup, usage, and performance goals
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on installation and fitment
• Process and track orders from initial inquiry to final delivery
• Collaborate with our in-house engineering and production teams
Each day brings new vehicles, unique questions, and fresh challenges—keeping the work dynamic and offering continuous opportunities to learn and grow.
What We're Looking For:
Required Skills & Experience:
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong background in customer service and/or sales
• Deep understanding of high-performance vehicles
• Real-world track experience behind the wheel
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
• Experience in automotive aftermarket sales or technical support
• Hands-on knowledge of performance brake systems
• Race car preparation and build experience
• Familiarity with other performance brake brands
• Formula SAE or similar experience
