SUMMARY
The employee is responsible for support positions pertaining to restaurant functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ø Previous work in a restaurant is not necessary although is highly recommended.
Ø Proficient in the following: self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing personality.
Ø Pleasant, polite manner, neat and clean appearance.
Ø Ability to positively work as a team member to ensure appropriate standards are met.
Ø Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities.
Ø Must possess good positive communication skills for working with diverse staff.
Ø Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in daily restaurant activities.
Ø Must be able to count money and produce change fluently for any money handling positions.
Ø Must be able to proficiently use and navigate a map for driver and management jobs.
