ABOUT THE ROLE
The Community Outreach Manager is responsible for driving enrollment growth across all Girls With Impact programs — including:
- The Academy
- Career Accelerator
- SheLeads Clubs
This is a high-visibility, growth-focused role that blends partnership development, marketing, communications, and educational sales.
You will lead recruitment strategy execution, cultivate institutional partnerships, convert interest into enrollment, and ensure that Girls With Impact programming reaches thousands more young women nationwide.
This role reports directly to the Program Director and works cross-functionally with marketing, program, and leadership teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Enrollment Growth- Develop, own and execute scalable recruitment strategy across all GWI programs
- Drive measurable enrollment growth aligned to annual goals
- Develop outreach campaigns targeting high schools, colleges, school districts, youth-serving organizations, and associations
- Track and manage recruitment pipeline from prospect to enrollment
- Research, cultivate, and manage partnerships with:
- School districts
- High schools
- Colleges and universities
- National youth-serving organizations
- Lead virtual and in-person pitch meetings
- Represent Girls With Impact at recruitment events, conferences, and partner meetings
- Collaborate with internal marketing team to align messaging and campaigns
- Develop compelling outreach materials, slide decks, and recruitment assets
- Execute email campaigns (YAMM), LinkedIn outreach, and targeted communications
- Identify new growth channels and strategic partnerships
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in HubSpot and Google Sheets
- Track KPIs, conversion rates, and enrollment metrics
- Provide regular reporting on outreach effectiveness and pipeline health
- Interview, onboard, and manage a quarterly recruitment intern
- Provide structure, accountability, and measurable goals for intern support
ABOUT YOU

You are:
- Experienced in marketing, communications, or sales
- Comfortable with educational sales or school-based partnerships (strongly preferred)
- Highly organized and systems-oriented
- Strong in written and verbal communication
- Confident presenting to school administrators and partners
- Self-directed and proactive in a remote environment
- Energized by growth targets and measurable impact
You care deeply about advancing opportunities for young women — and you’re motivated by building something that scales.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of experience in outreach, recruitment, sales, marketing, or partnership development
- Resides in the Tri-State area (CT, NY, MA, NJ)
- Experience in education, nonprofit, or youth-serving organizations preferred
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and partner meetings
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: $60,000–$70,000 (commensurate with experience)
