Girls Crew is a Los Angeles based E-commerce jewelry company focused on playful, dainty, and imaginative designs. Girls Crew is looking for a full-time Fulfillment Associate.
Your primary responsibility will be carding jewelry onto branded display cards for retail, wholesale, and online orders. You'll also support order fulfillment: picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
This is a highly repetitive, detail-focused role. Much of your day will be spent doing the same careful task over and over, and doing it consistently well is what makes the job successful. If that sounds like a good fit for you, we'd love to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities
- Card jewelry onto branded display cards to precise standards for retail and wholesale orders
- Attach hangtags, backings, barcodes, and packaging components
- Inspect product for defects, missing pieces, or finish issues before it ships
- Pick, pack, and prepare online and wholesale orders for shipment
- Assist with inventory counts, receiving, and general warehouse support as needed
- Follow retailer-specific packing and labeling requirements
- Must be able to meet or exceed productivity and accuracy requirements
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and steady hands
- Comfortable with repetitive, seated or standing work for a full shift
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Knowledge and use of basic computer software (Mac, Google Workspace, Internet browsers)
- Must be able to handle small and delicate items (jewelry)
- Experience with fashion D2C a plus
- Experience using Shopify a plus
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
