To be successful in this role, you must possess 18 years of age, certification in Challenge Course & Zipline by The Adventure Guild (training and certification provided by GSNNJ prior to working), and relevant experience in outdoor education, leadership development, and team building. You should also be physically fit, able to work in a rustic camp environment, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Effectively communicate and work with a diverse group of staff and campers to encourage full participation in Girl Scouting
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate programs and activities that promote team building and leadership skills
- Ensure the maintenance of strict safety procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with Leaders and volunteers to ensure camper behavior and supervision
- Instruct and support groups of up to 20 girls, providing team building activities and promoting high morale
