Job Summary
- It's Cookie Season at Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta!
- The Product Programs Department at GSGATL is looking for Temporary Full-Time help at our Cookie Cupboards. The Cupboard Clerk will provide assistance to volunteers picking up cookies, maintain inventory records, provide receipts for cookies, and keep Product Program staff informed daily of any issues with inventory, product or volunteers. Must be able to work Monday-Saturday (9am-5pm or 10am-6pm & Saturday Mornings). Schedule may vary based upon location.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform physical count of cookie inventory at opening and closing of cupboard.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by entering all cookie pick-up receipts into eBudde daily.
- Balance cookie pick-up receipts daily with cookie inventory in the cupboard.
- Distribute cookies to troops and assist volunteers with loading of vehicles.
- Accept and verify delivery of additional cookie inventory to assigned location.
- Greet volunteers pleasantly and secure signed cookie pick-up receipts with required information (i.e. drivers license number, troop number, and contact information) from volunteer.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to count precisely.
- Good customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively with volunteers in English.
- Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and work in hot or cold temperatures.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
