Community Facilitator - East of Boston

Salary Range:$16.00 To $18.00 Hourly

Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts (GSEMA) has four (4) open, part-time roles for a Community Pathways Facilitator. This position is for up to twelve (12) hours per week; after-school, evening, and weekend hours available

The Community Pathways Facilitator will support the recruitment and retention of Girl Scouts members and the program delivery of the Girl Scout experience with community partners. The Community Pathways Facilitator works directly with Girl Scouts and potential Girl Scouts, their families and partners to ensure a positive and well-rounded Girl Scout experience. • nceServe as an advocate and liaison between community partners and Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts. Occasionally attending community events as a Girl Scout representative and tabling or facilitating a station at a larger community eve
• nt.Encourage Girl Scout decision making and leadership through positive activities and group mentori

Skills and Qualificatio
