Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance activities, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements of equipment and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and develop plans to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
