At Camp Bonnie Brae on beautiful Big Pond in East Otis, MA — the oldest continuously operating Girl Scout camp in the country — you can help shape the next century of Girl Scout leadership.
As the Teen Program Coordinator, you’ll guide our oldest campers through Counselor‑in‑Training (CIT) programs and other teen‑focused camp experiences. You’ll help them build leadership skills, discover their strengths, and step into meaningful roles within the camp community.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Counselor‑in‑Training (CIT) program, teaching leadership, communication, and hands‑on counselor skills
- Mentor teen campers, helping them navigate challenges, build confidence, and grow as role models
- Coordinate teen‑specific activities, including service projects, outdoor adventures, and leadership workshops
- Support general camp programming, stepping in as needed to help run campwide activities
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment where teens feel empowered, respected, and inspired
- Live and work outdoors as part of a collaborative, mission‑driven staff team

- $680/week, plus all meals provided
