Located on beautiful Big Pond in East Otis, MA, Camp Bonnie Brae is the oldest continuously operating Girl Scout camp in the country — a place where generations of girls have discovered courage, confidence, and lifelong friendships. As a counselor, you’ll live in rustic units, lead classic camp adventures, and help campers grow into their best selves.
What You’ll Do
- Guide campers through activities like swimming, boating, archery, challenge course elements, hatchet throwing, and hands‑on science
- Build a supportive, inclusive community where every camper feels valued and empowered
- Lead daily routines from wake‑up to campfire, creating unforgettable memories
- Live and work outdoors as part of a close, mission‑driven staff team
- Gain leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills that stand out on any résumé

Compensation & Schedule
