Job Summary

Duties

- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, local agencies, schools, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Organize and participate in public speaking engagements, community events, workshops, and informational sessions to raise awareness about our programs and services.
- Design, implement, and evaluate outreach programs focused on public health issues such as addiction prevention, mental health awareness, or social work initiatives.
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to promote events, share success stories, and engage diverse audiences.
- Collect data on community needs and program outcomes to inform continuous improvement efforts; prepare reports for internal review and external funding applications.
- Oversee fundraising efforts by coordinating with donors, organizing events, and developing grant proposals to support outreach activities.
- Handle administrative responsibilities including budgeting, scheduling, recruiting volunteers or staff members, and maintaining detailed records of activities.
- Provide training sessions for staff and volunteers on topics such as addiction counseling techniques or public health best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Proven experience in volunteer management with the ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain dedicated team members.
