We're looking for energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Lifeguards for Summer 2026. If you enjoy working with children, love being outdoors, and want a rewarding summer job where every day is different, we'd love to hear from you!
As a Lifeguard, you'll help create a safe, fun, and positive aquatic experience for campers while working alongside a supportive camp team. Whether you're an experienced lifeguard or interested in becoming one, we encourage you to apply. Lifeguard certification training may be available for qualified candidates who are not currently certified.

What You'll Do
Supervise campers during all pool activities and ensure a safe swimming environment.
Enforce pool and waterfront safety rules at all times.
Assist with swim instruction and help campers develop confidence in the water.
Participate in special aquatic activities and camp events.
Conduct routine water testing and assist with maintaining pool safety standards.
Help care for pool equipment, facilities, and supplies.
Complete required records and reports.
Work closely with the Aquatics Director and camp leadership team.
Participate in the overall camp program and serve as a positive role model for campers.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience as a lifeguard, swim instructor, camp staff member, or working with children is preferred.
Current American Red Cross Lifeguard and CPR certifications preferred.
Candidates needing certification may be considered and trained prior to the start of camp.
Strong judgment, reliability, and commitment to safety.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and remain attentive for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry at least 15 pounds.
Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of summer weather conditions.
Ability to move throughout camp grounds and pool areas.
Ability to remain active throughout the camp day.
