Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Crew Members to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and transaction handling.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly service throughout their visit.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment regularly.
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring proper food safety procedures are followed.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions.
• Support team members with food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring efficient restaurant operations.
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues during busy periods.

Experience
Candidates with prior experience in food service or the food industry are highly preferred; this includes roles such as serving, cashiering, or working in quick service & fast food restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, or retail environments involving food handling. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Experience in culinary tasks such as food preparation or kitchen work is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong skills in time management, basic math (including retail math), upselling techniques, customer service excellence, sanitation practices, and food safety procedures are essential for success in this role. Previous restaurant experience will help candidates adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of the position while delivering outstanding service to our valued guests.

Pay: From $11.65 per hour
