Duties

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, exceptional customer service, and efficient workflow.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team.
• Oversee inventory control, food management, and supply ordering to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment.
• Conduct shift management, including scheduling staff coverage, overseeing kitchen operations, and managing customer interactions.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction strategies.
• Foster a positive team culture through effective communication, training & development initiatives, and leadership by example.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality management by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with a strong background in food industry operations.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, and interviewing skills.
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, food handling safety, and kitchen management.
• Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures is essential.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, food safety management, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis.
• Excellent managerial communication skills combined with leadership qualities that motivate teams toward shared goals.
• Experience in managing hospitality teams within hotel or catering settings is advantageous.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for order processing and financial calculations; multitasking under pressure is vital.
