Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking a variety of dishes with precision and care
• Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair, showcasing your cake decorating skills
• Package food items efficiently for takeout or delivery while maintaining presentation quality
• Support food production processes by following recipes and safety guidelines diligently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations to ensure a safe working environment
• Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling and hygiene standards
• Assist with catering events or restaurant service as needed, providing excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or bakery environments; pastry experience is a plus
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with baking techniques
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Previous experience in the food industry, including restaurant or catering experience, is highly desirable
• Passion for culinary arts with a creative eye for cake decorating and presentation
