We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support the administrative and clerical aspects of our warehouse operations. This position ensures that inbound and outbound materials meet company standards and assists with scheduling, inventory, and office tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in delivery drivers for incoming and outgoing shipments

Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound appointments

Create transfers and shuttles to support production

Adjust inventory and conduct physical counts using JustFoods ERP system

Verify Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for incoming raw ingredients

Support sample requests, damage reports, and quality hold processes

Assist with posting invoices and other inventory transactions

Answer phones and complete general office clerical duties

Participate in monthly cycle counts and product recall procedures

Perform other duties as assigned by management
