What You’ll Do
- Be the go‑to partner for employees, supervisors, and managers—building positive relationships and fostering open, productive communication across the organization.
- Create a thriving workplace by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and conducting fair and thorough investigations.
- Lead the talent journey by managing job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience.
- Support employees’ well‑being through benefits administration—including health insurance, leave policies, and open enrollment activities.
- Keep operations running smoothly with top‑tier administrative support—organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling sensitive documentation.
- Safeguard confidentiality as you manage personnel matters, employee relations, organizational changes, and secure handling of critical files and information.
- Be a policy expert—guiding employees and managers through HR procedures, benefits, and leave management.
- Contribute to safety and compliance through proactive involvement in Safety and Workers’ Compensation initiatives.
- Lead with professionalism, stepping in during the HR Manager’s absence and serving as a reliable resource for employees, leaders, and applicants.
- Take on special assignments and adapt as the business evolves—your impact will be felt daily.
What You Bring
- 5 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or agricultural environments
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and Time & Attendance systems—Workday and Workforce experience is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to engage employees at all levels
- Experience supporting talent management, organizational planning, and strategic HR initiatives
- Hands-on expertise in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, and succession planning
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; SHRM certification is a strong advantage
