Duties & Responsibilities
Financial & Inventory Planning
- Develop and manage seasonal merchandise financial plans for the US business
- Own sales, inventory, and receipt forecasts across channels and categories
- Analyze business performance and identify risks and opportunities
- Drive in-season inventory optimization strategies to maximize sell-through and profitability
- Deliver actionable reporting and insights on sales trends, inventory productivity, and key KPIs
- Lead weekly business reviews and present strategy recommendations
- Build forecasting models and scenario plans to support decision-making
- Monitor category, style, and channel performance to inform future buys and planning strategies
- Collaborate with Merchandising on assortment strategies and buy plans
- Partner with Ecommerce and Retail teams to support channel-specific growth initiatives
- Work closely with Finance to align forecasts and annual operating plans
- Manage and mentor planners and/or assistant planners
- Foster a collaborative, data-driven, and high-performance team environment
- Improve planning tools, recaps, processes, and reporting capabilities
- 5–8 years of merchandise planning experience within apparel, fashion, or retail
- Strong understanding of retail math, forecasting, and inventory management
- Experience managing OTB (Open-to-Buy) and financial planning processes
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with retail planning systems preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience managing direct reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, Economics, or related field

Salary : $120,000 - $125,000
