Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Client Advisor at Giorgio Armani's store in Las Vegas, NV. The Client Advisor will deliver exceptional customer service by fostering meaningful connections with clients and assisting them with their purchases. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing product knowledge, ensuring an elevated in-store experience, and meeting sales goals. The role also requires supporting additional operational tasks, including inventory management and ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Strong skills in Client Relations and a proven ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Understanding of processes related to Insurance, when applicable
- Passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle brands
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or a customer-facing role is highly desirable
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and special store events
