Position
We're seeking a long-term, customer-focused leader to mentor and motivate our team while leading by example, primarily in the kitchen. We provide the training, support, and tools needed to succeed.
- 30–40 hours/week
- Starting pay: $19.50/hour $3 /hour in cash tips
- Schedule: Closing shifts, Tuesday–Sunday
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Lead, train, and coach the team through servant leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Delegate, follow up, and maintain high operational standards
- Communicate effectively and resolve issues quickly
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, attendance, and punctuality
Qualifications
- 1 year in a leadership role is preferred
- 1 year of customer service and conflict resolution experience is preferred
- 1 year restaurant cooking experience is preferred
- Available Tuesday–Sunday
