Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Giordano’s located at the Mall of America. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, manage and lead a team, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and restaurant procedures. The responsibilities include team management, labor scheduling, cost control, inventory management, and overseeing food quality and customer service standards. The ideal candidate will foster a positive work environment and drive operational efficiency while modeling Giordano’s values.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, train, and develop a team
- Proficient operational skills, including labor scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and compliance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing staff and interacting with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field is preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
Salary - $70,000 - $80,000 Bonus
