We are looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our front-of-house staff at Gio’s. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the store, so providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment is essential.

Preferred
- 1 Year restaurant experience
- 1 Year barista experience
- Availability on weekends
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers and building relationships with regular guests
- Reliable and punctual — must be ready to begin shifts at the scheduled time
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers and taking orders
- Preparing coffee and other beverages
- Serving food and drinks to customers
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- Restocking items and reporting inventory shortages
- Cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing (shared responsibilities)
- Taking out trash and maintaining overall store cleanliness
